採掘された天然石である特質上、表面に多少のキズ，欠けなどがある場合があります。また，モニター環境により，色などの印象に多少の違いを感じることがあることもご理解の上，お買い物いただけますと幸いです。
Due to the nature of natural stones, there may be some scratches or chips on the surface. In addition, please understand before purchasing that colors and other impressions may vary slightly depending on your monitor environment.

・交換について

天然石は，一点物という特質上，交換対応は致しかねますのでご了承ください。
Please note that due to the natural stones being unique, we are unable to accept the exchanges.

・キャンセル・返品にかかわる条件と手続き方法

基本的に、返品には応じておりませんのでご了承ください。

商品到着後、お客様のご都合以外の理由で何か発生し、ご連絡いただく場合，お手元に商品到着後，3日以内に当ショップお問い合わせフォームより、必ず返送前にご連絡ください。＊3日を過ぎますと，対応いたしかねますのであらかじめご了承ください。
